As initial information in the advance planning for the forthcoming BNAA 2007 convention in Bicol, I am endorsing to you the final draft of the BNAA 2007 convention itinerary the Convention Committee has been working on under Dr. Cyrill Mendez-Llaneta in coordination with Mrs. Maria Ravanilla, representing our host in Bicol

BNAA 2007 Working Committees: The Convention Committee is now working on the BNAA 2007 working committees, that will help plan and implement these plans in accordance with the BNAA itinerary schedule and program. You will be receiving a list of these committees. You are encouraged to offer your help as chairman or member of these working committees.

Questions: If there are issues to be clarified or further information needed, these will be resolved as they come.

Attendance Survey: You will be receiving a BNAA 2007 attendance survey form to be returned to me as soon as possible. This survey information is needed by the travel agencies who will participate in the bidding.

Travel Agent Survey: We are planning to bid the international and domestic ticketing to the lowest bidder who could offer lowest rate and efficient service to all the delegates. You will be receiving forms that will be used to solicit interested travel agencies in your respective cities. This survey will be submitted to me as soon as possible for the committee to determine the BNAA 2007 Convention ticketing agent.
